4. Data Retention & Photo Deletion
We do not permanently store your photos. All uploaded and processed images are automatically and routinely deleted from our systems.
Your privacy is our priority. We store uploaded images only for the limited time necessary to process and deliver your passport photo. Our automated systems routinely delete all images to ensure your personal photos are never retained longer than needed.

- Processed Photos: Auto-deleted within 24 hours of creation
- Watermarked Previews: Auto-deleted within 24 hours
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account

Important: Once your photos are deleted, they cannot be recovered. Please ensure you download your processed photo from the email we send before the deletion period expires.
