Passport Perfect Photo provides an AI-powered photo processing service that transforms user-uploaded photos into passport-compliant images. Our Service includes:

• Photo validation against government specifications
• AI-powered image processing (background removal, lighting correction, cropping)
• Digital delivery of processed photos via email
• Secure payment processing

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Upload only photos of yourself or photos you have legal permission to use
• Not upload photos containing illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service
• Not use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Not upload photos of other individuals without their consent

5. Photo Requirements and Acceptance

Our AI system validates photos against government passport photo requirements. We reserve the right to reject photos that:

• Do not contain a clear, visible face
• Contain multiple faces
• Are of insufficient quality or resolution
• Do not meet basic passport photo criteria
• Contain inappropriate or illegal content

If your photo is rejected, you will be notified and can upload a different photo.

6. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable processing fees
• Payment is required before receiving the final processed photo
• We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice
• Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their specific terms

7. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If our Service fails to deliver your processed photo due to a technical error on our end
• Quality Issues: If the processed photo does not meet the stated specifications due to our processing error

Refunds are not available for:

• Photos rejected by passport authorities for reasons unrelated to our processing
• User error in uploading unsuitable source photos
• Change of mind after photo delivery

To request a refund, contact us at support@passportperfectphoto.com within 30 days of purchase.

8. Photo Storage & Deletion

• Uploaded photos are stored only for the limited time required to process your order
• All photos (uploaded, processed, and previews) are automatically and routinely deleted
• Once deleted, photos cannot be recovered - ensure you save your photo from our email
• We do not use your photos for any purpose other than providing the Service

9. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to the photos you upload
• You grant us a limited licence to process your photos solely to provide the Service
• The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Passport Perfect Photo
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

While we strive to produce photos that meet government passport specifications, we cannot guarantee:

• That your photo will be accepted by any specific passport authority
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That the Service will meet all your requirements

Passport acceptance decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities, and we have no control over their decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PASSPORT PERFECT PHOTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Costs of delay, including missed travel or appointments
• Rejection of photos by passport authorities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Passport Perfect Photo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Abuse & Termination

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user who abuses our Service.

Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Using automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Uploading photos of others without their consent
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse
• Any activity that violates these Terms or applicable laws

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you are abusing the Service or violating these Terms. No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to abuse.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms
