Special Rules

Baby & Infant Photos (Under 1 Year)

Babies may be lying on a plain light-coloured sheet with the photo taken from above. Eyes may be closed and there are no expression or gaze requirements. Supporting hands must not be visible. No toys, dummies, or pacifiers are allowed.

Children (1-5 Years)

Natural expression is accepted and neutral is preferred. Eyes should be open and looking at the camera, but this is not strictly required. The child must be alone in the photo with no toys or props.

Photo Recency

The photo must have been taken within the last month and must reflect the applicant's current appearance.
